Provide technical support to customers by identifying technical problems, assisting customers to resolve computer-related glitches, researching answers, guiding customers through corrective steps, or even making sales in certain situations, such as encouraging customers to upgrade to better products, or services.

Accounting Specialists
Provide general accounting services for assigned business units
- Performs reconciliation, analysis and justification of accounts
- Participates in creating and implementing systems for general accounting
- compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to general ledger
- Determines accuracy of account balances, financial postings and calculations and investigates and resolves any discrepancies
Ensure proper application of company financial policies and procedures for assigned business units - Other duties assigned
- Bachelor’s degree, Professional license
- At least two years working experience in general accounting
